    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this isn't a required course for people that aren't going to be English majors, this is a course that will challenge you and widen your knowledge on the English literature. You will learn about many historic authors and poems that have shaped the English language and literature as well.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course has changed my reading habits in a positive direction. You are forced to read long but interesting works of literature if you want to have a good grade in the course. My favorite part of this course has been learning about Shakespearean literature.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is what you make it, if you stay on top of your work and do what is asked of you to do then you should be fine. It's a college level course so any day you dont pay attention, you will be lost, so its in your best interest to do what is asked from you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would totally recommend this course because Mr. Chavez provides the same resources as any other professor in college, he prepares his students for the next level of education.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning Beowulf and getting a better understanding of that story.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate and the course will be easy for you.
