Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who believes they have the integrity to take up challenges in their new high school lives. You do not have to be confident in that particular integrity to take this course, it is just a matter of, "I do want to try it.." Pre-AP World History is not as bad as most teachers are telling you upon course recommendations. To me, learning about the history of the world was interesting, and it really opened my eyes to an even bigger world, rather than just the United States. There were some difficult times, for example, practicing writing the free-responses essays required for AP World History, and sometimes reading the chapters, but you will always get used to the workload once time passes.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the history of the world was interesting, and it really opened my eyes to an even bigger world, rather than just the United States. I loved learning about the different cultures and religions, and how the ancient civilizations came to be. We had fun projects, but you can only consider it fun if you are in that mindset. There were some difficult times, for example, practicing writing the free-responses essays required for AP World History, and sometimes reading the chapters, but you will always get used to the workload once time passes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Never give up. No matter how hard the course may seem at first, it will get better and easier to handle as time passes. In the end, your efforts that you had put into the course will feel rewarding.
