    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Yes, the teacher was great and it helped develop logic that I did not previously understand during the math class, Proof Structures.

    Course highlights:

I learned tradional logic, modern logic, and deductive logic.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class with Papzian. He is the best!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was rather boring. The subject content was not very exciting, however Dr. Papazian is always very excited to be teaching and makes a very uninteresting course a little bit better.

    Course highlights:

Despite it being a tad boring, I do feel that I learned better ways to think critically and am much more aware of logical fallacies in arguments that I hear now. Also, you just can't hate Dr. Papazian.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book. It will save your life on the tests. Also, ask for extra credit. Papazian will almost always give it to you.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is very simple, but also somewhat boring. The majority of information is straight forward and common sense. It is a easy A if you complete all of the work. We have online quizzes before and after class, but the quiz after class is exactly the same as the one before class, and he gives us the answers during class. We also have the option to create a primer of everything we've done during the semester to use on the midterm and final. He also "bribes" us with candy and other prizes; once the class reaches a certain number of points (you get points by participating), we get a prize.

    Course highlights:

This course taught us how to argue, and how to analyze arguments. We learned how to understand propaganda. He wants us to be able to use what we learned in the course for our entire lives.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to do the pre quizzes! Even if you do not do the reading material for the quiz, take it anyways! It is better to have some grade than to have a 0%. Make sure to make the primer and do all of the extra credit opportunities. It is not necessary to pass the class, but if you do them you will have ALOT less to worry about (I didn't have to study for the midterm or final at all: I got 100% on the midterm, and 96% on the final).
