Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course provided students with a newfound respect for the United States and a deeper understanding in both local and international politics.

    Course highlights:

Students in this course gained deep and extensive knowledge of the United States and world politics in relation to America. Students also learned how to write quickly and thoroughly during timed AP essays and multiple choice.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete your chapter notes thoroughly and quickly. Try to get notes done as soon as they are assigned. If you try on the notes and pay attention during the in-class slideshows, studying for tests is optional.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was a good challenge and simultaneously furthered my knowledge of US history and made me a stronger reader, writer, test taker, and student as a whole.

    Course highlights:

I would say a highlight (even though i hated it at the time) was the timed writing assessments. It really taught me how to think quickly as well as the importance of having a good outline.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely not advise taking this class if you are not willing to put in effort outside fo the classroom. I would say definitely stay on top of your notes and your homework because much of this class is based off self learning and your ability to gather information from readings and diagrams that you are assigned to take home with you.
