I recommend her because she pushes you to do better. If you do not complete your homework assignment she makes you stay with her to complete it. It might seem like a punishment, but it is really helpful.

The best advice is to just do the homework even when you do not want to. The only way you can get better at math is to keep practicing. It's not like history when all you have to do is remember certain facts.

I would recommend this course because it is the backbone for almost all other math courses that are required in college. It is imperative to understanding trigonometry, algorithms and many other mathematical processes. It has a perfect workload to pracrice time management as well.

The highlight of this course was passing the SOL. I had struggled with math for many years so when I finally succeeded, it was a huge confidence boost for me. It was also nice when i could help other students understand concepts, makes you feel smart when you explain math.

This is a math course so, pay attention and always to make sure to ask questions. Algebra 2 is fairly fast paced so as soon as you get confused, it is best to mend it as quickly as possible. Another tip, do the homework. Math is one of things that has to practiced to truly understand and remember. If you don't understand the homework then, stay back. Many teachers are willing to help you.
