    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is the backbone for almost all other math courses that are required in college. It is imperative to understanding trigonometry, algorithms and many other mathematical processes. It has a perfect workload to pracrice time management as well.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was passing the SOL. I had struggled with math for many years so when I finally succeeded, it was a huge confidence boost for me. It was also nice when i could help other students understand concepts, makes you feel smart when you explain math.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a math course so, pay attention and always to make sure to ask questions. Algebra 2 is fairly fast paced so as soon as you get confused, it is best to mend it as quickly as possible. Another tip, do the homework. Math is one of things that has to practiced to truly understand and remember. If you don't understand the homework then, stay back. Many teachers are willing to help you.
