    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The most beneficial class I've ever taken. I learned more than enough to pass the AP exam. I have been able to use the knowledge from that class in everyday life as well.

    Course highlights:

A better understanding of international trade and the consequences of NAFTE

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to put in the time and effort. It's well worth it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it gives a different perspective on life, while challenging students to think differently about the world they live in. It has a lot of startling information to open your mind to new ideas and perspective in the way the world is run. It encourages students to take a different approach to life.

    Course highlights:

A highlight for me was being able to challenge myself in a way that I never have before. I learned information about the world that is not commonly shared or known. I also learned a lot about myself as a student in terms of my studying habits and work ethic.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be dedicated, have good study habits, and be willing to ask for help if you need it. The course is difficult and requires you to think differently than you ever have before, so keep and open mind and be ready to experience a new kind of learning.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Human Geography builds an understanding of what is really happening in the world. It is challenging and a heavy workload, but students are more than prepared for the AP exam and courses in similar fields.

    Course highlights:

I learned the differences in world religion, why businesses locate where they are, how the world market functions, and the importance of variant cultures. Learning about culture- language, religion, and history- was a highlight for me as we were able to cover the entire globe in such a short amount of time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to spend a good bit of time on homework and assignments. Nothing in this class is busy-work. Each assignment has a purpose and will help you later on.
