Pretty easy, overall.
This course inspired mixed feelings within me. Obviously as a course in physical education, aside from the written content, it required one to be out and active multiple times a week, which in itself is highly beneficial. However, unless you are very self motivated and/or enjoy exercise to exercise, as an online course, it didn't offer much in the way of group accountability or motivation. The upside of the class was that you got to choose the method of exercise within the predetermined categories of Aerobic or Anaerobic activities.
A major highlight concerning this course, was that it required daily activity while allowing one to choose the form of activity as long as said activity was then recorded, therefore inspiring me to reach out to a form of exercise I might enjoy both spiritually and physically: soccer. This course really allows you to fit it to your own schedule and preferences, providing you the chance to get involved in physical activity you might enjoy.

Advice for students:
I would have to say my best advice would be to not mistake a course in P.E. for insignificant to your youth. Perhaps you don't see it as a complete waste of time, for you may store the information for later in life when it really counts, but folks. Our enduring state of youth rests in the activity of our bodies now. Don't just look at this course as an easy credit, but really delve into the significance of the concept as it stands today. Your tomorrow depends on it.
