Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course. Mrs. Rewitz was a great teacher and I learned a lot form her from my sophomore school year. I appreciate her teaching style and she made me want to learn more about English and how to be better in that subject.

    Course highlights:

Learning vocab and getting into higher levels of how to write the proper essay to be prepared for college English. Grammar and punctuation was a main focus as well as how to break down article and write comments about it. Made the learning process harder but easier in the long run.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay focused and on top of school work throughout the week or you will get behind. It is easy if you keep up with the class and don't mess around during the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gave me a whole new insight on what literature really is. I'm not a huge English fan, but I really enjoyed this class. I don't know if every teacher teaches it the same way, but I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that wants to take it.

    Course highlights:

We read one book per quarter- it was a year long class. Each book we read was awesome. We read The Great Gatsby, Grapes of Wrath, Hotel Rwanda and The Joy Luck Club.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your summer homework and do what Mrs. Rewitz says. Don't sit on your phone in class- you'll fall behind- stay engaged in the class.
