    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gave me a whole new insight on what literature really is. I'm not a huge English fan, but I really enjoyed this class. I don't know if every teacher teaches it the same way, but I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that wants to take it.

    Course highlights:

We read one book per quarter- it was a year long class. Each book we read was awesome. We read The Great Gatsby, Grapes of Wrath, Hotel Rwanda and The Joy Luck Club.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your summer homework and do what Mrs. Rewitz says. Don't sit on your phone in class- you'll fall behind- stay engaged in the class.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because it is challenging and mind blowing all at the same time. Even if reading is not something that you like to do this course will make you want to know more about the book and the deeper meaning.

    Course highlights:

I learned that knowledge is dangerous. Our class explored this concept through multiple books (The Odyssey, Epic of Gilgamesh, and the book of Genesis) .

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read ahead, do your homework, and pay attention to class discussions.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love the way my professor taught this class. He has such charisma when he explains the topic. Polly is involved in the learning and is always wanting to make it easier to understand.

    Course highlights:

I gained to always be dedicated to my work. I learned no to be a procrastinator. To always have a open mind even when the work gets hard.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take this class even if you have doubts. The way the class flows is spectacular. You gain so much knowledge through the course. Their is a lot of writing but overall you will just be getting better.
