    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Unless you really love chemistry and are willing to dedicate a lot of time to studying, I don't recommend taking AP Chem. It was so much work and even after doing it all, I would still be very confused and the textbook wouldn't help anything.

    Course highlights:

It was an interesting class, especially the labs we did that took over one class, they really helped with understanding the subject. We did not have a lab period like we were supposed to so maybe that's why I struggled with the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest taking thorough notes as you read through the textbook because by the end of the year, you won't remember what you learned in the first semester and reading the book again is too much work.
