    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend AP US History to students who like an academic challenge and a greater knowledge of the history of the U.S. I have gained value and knowledge about the U.S through taking this course and feel that it's important to know this country's history.

    Course highlights:

I never found this class boring. I was always alert and attentive to what was being taught. My favorite moment in history to learn about was the civil war. I enjoyed being able to discuss with the class issues in history and hearing my peers oppinions. This class was always interactive.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to students considering this course would be to not procrastinate. Finish your work early enough to study the material. Memorize the learning targets. Be a thinker and get ahead, never fall behind. Take it seriously to learn and think about history and why things happened.
