Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would defiantly recommend this class for anyone. Mrs.Cobb is an awesome teacher who truly cares about her students.

    Course highlights:

I learned the best study tips and memory improvement techniques trough our memory unit. It was the first one we did and it really set me up to succeed.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes! You are able to use notes on all quizzes and you receive extra credit on tests for taking them.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a really fun class that helps you to learn about psychology. The topics are interesting and it breaks a lot of pre-conceived notions on what we thought was true. It requires a bit of preparation for notes, but everything you read is pretty fun overall if you like psychology or the idea of it.

    Course highlights:

It taught me a lot about studying and how important it is. I never been one to study but learning about the memory mechanics and which methods work best helped me a lot in learning overall.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study outside of class! You can't rely on class notes in this one and for you to understand the big ideas and overall message, you need to study. Whether it's just some crash course videos, or going all out with flashcards and little self made quizzes, it's always good to study (and practice writing).

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a great base for developing beginner level psychology knowledge. It is also great for preparing for the AP Psych test.

    Course highlights:

We basically went through almost all of the unit the AP test covers. Mrs.Cobb is really great about providing multiple studying resources.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to spread out test studying over multiple days and try to use multiple study methods. Also try to review your notes throughout the year to keep the information fresh.
