    The textbook was poorly organized, but it was simple and easy to understand.

    Categorize your notes by topic. It makes studying easier.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it helps give you an insight on trig functions and logarithms. It will help you improve your thinking ability and problem solving. It will also help you improve your ACT math score.

    Course highlights:

    I gained better problem solving capabilities, and I also drastically improved my math skills. It helps set the foreground for college level math courses. It also helped me on my ACT with my math score.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just make sure that you pay attention in class and do all of what's assigned. Don't put off the homework until the last minute. Also, take lots of notes and do practice problems.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The curriculum we used was Saxon. It was incredibly challenging for me, but I do feel I improved significantly in a short amount of time. I think it's more advanced than other pre-calc courses, so that's definitely something to take into consideration.

    Course highlights:

    It's a solid foundation for calculus in my opinion. I feel that, because of the advanced nature of the curriculum, it's perfect for preparing for college.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not move forward to the next lesson until you are 100% certain you understand the lesson you're currently working on. This is imperative with math in general, but especially Saxon. It's too easy to fall behind and get lost.
