Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is really nice and funny. The class is slow-paced, so no need to worry about keeping up with the course load.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write chemical formulas.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise that the students memorize the periodic table for this course and also learn how to do dimensional analysis well, because that is the basis of the course. I also advise that they enjoy/ can tolerate math (simple algebra).

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry is the study of what makes up our world. This course taught material readily applicable to real life and educated students to think outside the box while still being very reasonable. Introductory chemistry touches on the many beaches of chemistry such as analytical, organic, and inorganic chemistry.

    Course highlights:

Chemistry teaches young adults how to predict products of reactions, identify chemical substances, conduct laboratory experiments, apply chemical understanding to real life scenarios and many more skills. Taking this course will help you understand our world at the microscopic level and learn skills necessary for a science based career.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To take chemistry you must be willing to work hard and understand complex notions about the world through a scientific lens. Chemistry requires mathematics and the patience to fully grasp concepts of how the microscopic world affects our macroscopic lives.
