Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher keeps his students engaged in the course work. He also helps students that may not have all the resources that they need for the class. If a student doesn't have internet for example he finds another way to give the student their class work other than telling them to find a source of internet on their own time.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course have been that the teacher explains the material thoroughly to the class and ensures that the students get what is being taught. I learned how to use the zero product property and how to properly solve problems with this method.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students that are planning on taking this course to be prepared when they come to class and to be focused because you are going to be asked a question. Also if you know the answer to the question or you think you know the answer that Mr. Horn is asking then go through with your answer, you are in a safe environment.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Algebra 3/4 has so much of the fundamental information and skill-builders you need to excel in future coursework. It is the perfect place to start working on those vital skills which you will need for standardized testing (SAT or ACT).

    Course highlights:

Algebra 3/4 with Chalberg is both fun and a learning experience! He makes a game out of the coursework and rewards students with colorful stickers, stamps, badges, or fake money (every year it's different)! I learned all of the base skills I needed to excel in Precalculus the following year.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, make sure to take notes every day and ask questions. You are given a lot of independence in this class so make sure to use it wisely! Stay on top of assignments and tests because your teacher will not nag you (but if you don't do them, your grade will suffer).
