    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great way to get college credit during High School, the teacher is excellent and treats you like a real professor would, but also offers individual aid when needed.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of experience writing and learned what college professors look for when they are reading a paper as well as ways to brainstorm and the importance of pre-writing.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually do the readings, and write the papers ahead of time so you don't stay up late one night trying to write a paper to submit by midnight, do a quality job.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Regardless of if you like English classes or not, they're essential, and that especially means English 1010. While I won't say I learned a substantial amount from this class, I learned a few interesting things, but most of all why you should take it is because of the college credits. If you are able to take this class in high school-which you should be able to, and at a discounted price-then do it. I highly recommend it. For me, I was able to finish my English credits in half the time, and get college credits out of it.

    Course highlights:

I finally learned how MLA format works, and while it is slightly obnoxious, it's very useful to know for the future. You never know when you'll need to use MLA format for college or even your career.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't slack. It can be an easy class, but if you decide to mess around or procrastinate, it will pile up FAST, and when that happens, you better be prepared for all nighters consisting of several lengthy essays.

I would definitely recommend it because this class was very entertaining and I also learned so much!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to better express and convey my ideas/thoughts in my writing.

    Advice for students:

Take this class seriously. Complete all the assignments and turn them in on time.
