    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The idea of this class is great, and there are many great discussions, but the other half of the time is spent in confusion or wishing to actually not be in the course due to such intense confusion.

    Course highlights:

We read a series of essays by Doris Lessing that made me think a whole lot more than I ever thought I could. I also grew very interested in the class whenever we discussed things such as ethics and religious knowledge systems.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't stress about the course or any of the presentations because in the end, the ultimate conclusion is that we actually know nothing about anything, but we need to continue living as if we do know in order to keep the world moving.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoy learning in TOK as it teaches me more about the concept of knowledge.

    Course highlights:

The highlights in this class were definitely our open discussion of real world events.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to use your class time effectively and work on assignments in a timely manner.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course really developed my understanding of different perspectives regarding topics I had previously not considered as relevant. I learned to question concepts and things taken for granted.

    Course highlights:

I gained the ability to look at normal things, such as art, and questions what made it art, how art is defined, the intended message behind the art, etc. Additionally I learned how to write a TOK essay and presentation, each of which furthered my perception of mundane concepts.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into it with an open mind, and be willing to think of things from every point of view. Don't remain locked into one mindset; the best arguments include yours and other points of view.
