Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was truly an eye opener for me. It helped me to know the truth about history. Not everything I was taught in my past years in school was bot necessarily a lie, but it was not to be so true either. This course helped liberate me. My mind, and my knowledge of my ancestors and also who I am to become... If I can make a difference and too make history.

    Course highlights:

I learned the truth of slavery, religion, and many leaders we still speak on daily. I learned that I was lied to during my elementary and middle school years about the "leader" Christopher Columbus. I learned how he was not the original man who found land. He whipped out numerous native Americans in their land and stole many of their creations. It was nice to know the truth of my history.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open minded in this course. Be thoughtful and don't be ashamed to express your true feelings of what your were taught or what your are to learn. This course will definitely give you wisdom you will need as an African American or any other race. The history learned in this course is very important to know.
