Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is amazing, very engaging and makes you interested in the content. She is very audience-centered and can tie everything she teaches to real-world scenarios.

    Course highlights:

I'm still taking the course so I am still learning, but so far I've learned the different effects of Oxytocine, which is a powerful hormone that acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain. I've learned it's relationship to infidelity and trust. We are currently learning about reproduction and how we gain the features we have through that process. As well as how mutations and gene deficiencies occur.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Review A lot So you can gain an understanding. If you don't have an understanding for yourself then it will be very hard to continue learning more content because they all relate to one another.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was slightly challenging, but taught perfectly! I loved my professor, she was amazing!

    Course highlights:

This course, along with the lab taught me more than just biology basics, it taught me how to be inquisitive, how to pay attention to detail, and improved my scientific rhetoric.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to be a good note taker, undoubtedly. If your note taking skills aren't up to par, you will struggle in this class. Mainly because your best study tool is your notes, not even the book. There are so many demonstrations and in class workshops that you need to note to assist you when it's time for an exam, the midterm and final especially.
