Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it gets into the nooks and crannies of American history in relation to the foundation of the country as well as in relation to the rest of the world at the time. It gives the student a really in-depth look into the figures, movements, and events that made American into what it is today.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the interesting events that you get to learn more about rather than just your average information. For example, I learned that at one point during WWII America had Japanese internment camps, which is a disturbing fact that the majority of Americans don't know about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to keep up on the notes that you get in class and look into some of the major events or figures because it will help you a lot to be able to have some background knowledge to implement on the writing tests/quizzes.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is great, the class isn't too hard to manage, the AP exam was easy and the class is actually very interesting if you're into this kind of stuff like me.

    Course highlights:

I liked learning about post world war 2 era and how the country really developed into what it is today. I learned a lot more than just the ins and outs of the government, like the pop culture and media at the time which I found interesting

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to take good notes during class and read up on the textbook if something isn't clear. If you have good notes then studying them before the test or quiz will get you an A

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

This course offers an in-depth review of American history from the 13 colonies in the 1700s to present day. As the timeline progresses, the material becomes more detailed. Learning about all the monumental events that led up to America as we know it today is interesting, and the class provides a deeper understanding of how this nation evolved over the centuries.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were reviewing election years as well as learning about all the ridiculous disputes and details in history and following the thought processes of several major historical figures.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Try not to fall asleep, because American history is truly a fascinating tale and you don't want any gaps in the story-line.
