    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This is an easy course. All you have to do is go to class every day and lab during the week. The professor teaches at a pace that everyone in the class can follow smoothly. The class is structured to teach you about meat and help you get a good grade at the same time. It is an excellent course for anyone to take. This course helps you to visualize where the meat we eat in this world come from.

    Course highlights:

    I learned where the meat I eat comes from, how it is graded, how to evaluate the meat and live status of animals use for meat production.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to class and pay attention. This is a visual class basically. You are taught about meat and then you have to view it in lab.
