    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I have found this course helpful in helping me recognize my stress factors, how I cope and what I need to tweak to better cope with life and learn tricks to succeed in my college courses. I think this is just a really good life skill to have.

    Course highlights:

    The behavior modification project really helps to target a behavior that you want to improve in your life and helps you learn the skills to gently bring about that the desired change.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Show up to class! It is fairly easy to succeed if you just show up and pay attention.

    Course Overview:

    I love learning about everyday things that we face such as stress. I think psychology in general is just an interesting subject.

    Course highlights:

    I loved doing some of the relaxation exercises that we did as a class, i also liked how the homework assignments were relevant to our lives and something that we could use as a tool.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Have a general understanding of psychology before you take this course.
