Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Hildebrand is one of a kind, she cares about her students more than any other professor. The lectures are rich with information. And she isn't teaching just for you to pass the test, but to use this information in other classes and able to apply it to your daily life as well. The chapters are step by step and build on each other so the are able to be understood, she never assumes that you know something. She is a wonderful influence and make a lovely professor. This class will help you with your eating habits, yet so much more

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is the amount of information that is taught and can be applied, but yet not in an overwhelming way. Dr. Hildebrand uses the chapters to expand the knowledge that you have already consumed, making it a guided process. The information that is taught helps the students understand not only the functions of the body, but what you can do to maximize their function. Due to how much information is portrayed in this class, it can truly help someone improve their health or provide information to help others.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The recommendations that I have are to read the chapters thoroughly and do the practice test at the end of each chapter as well. Attend the lectures and write notes, this is where you will get most of the information for the test. Discussion is once a week, so make sure that all homework is done before and all attend for easy points.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

READ the book and take advantage of extra credit and study sessions provided.
