Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved Dr. Christiansen when I was at OSU. I always hated history until I had this professor. He taught the class in a story-like format which made it easy for me to visualize what was happening. This brought greater understanding of the course material.

    Course highlights:

I honestly just liked being able to hear history told as a narrative rather than having to read the book for the small details. I'm a visual learner and this type of teaching really helped me connect with the material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If Dr. Christiansen is still there, take him!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course is very easy. If you study for the tests and do your homework, you'll come out with a good grade. The biggest downside of this course is that it can get really boring.

    Course highlights:

I learned more on some of the smaller details of American History, but most of it is honestly just review.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The test is practically given to you before you take it. Just study the terms and essays before you go in for the test and you'll be fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course just for the professor. He is funny, can be strict at times, but is a great professor.

    Course highlights:

What I like about this course is that the professor blatantly tells you that it is easy to earn points for his class. Attending class and taking notes during the professor's lecture is the best way to go. It's also fun when he shares some clips from movies to the class that are related to the course, makes things more interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the course materials and take notes!
