Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
It's a really good course if you want to learn more about statistics. The material is all very connected so you start repeating the same concepts over and over, slowly adding more material. It helps you really cement the fundamental concepts into your mind.
Course highlights:
Hypothesis tests and Confidence Intervals were most interesting to me. You get to learn how to approximate the mean and standard deviations of populations based on samples of data. Which is extremely useful in the real world because getting information on an entire population is impractical
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
Having a basic understanding of the statistical concepts is key. If you're doing your homework and all you see is numbers and formulas and don't know what they represent, it will be much more difficult to remember everything you need to do. Invest your time in understanding the concepts and the math and formulas will come more easily.
