Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it lays the groundwork for analysis and all other courses in the field of finance. It teaches you the basic computations needed in the understanding of time value money.

    Course highlights:

This course teaches you the importance of time value money. It teaches the different concepts of value money in the future and discounting future cash flows in present value. You are able to compute the value of a stock and to compute different dividends based on a derivative.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you understand what the computations means and the concepts of behind them. This will help you truly learn the material not just memorize it for the exams. This material used in this class will build upon in other upper level classes.
