    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course if one is looking for a true AP class. This is the first year the class has been in the CC curriculum. The teacher is willing to help students, but does not self evaluate the class well. I would only recommend this to self-learners. Much of the difficult information is not covered in class; you must learn it yourself.

    Course highlights:

We will have completed four units by the end of the semester including: Process of Science and Ecology, Evolution, Ecology, Cells (structure, transport, and signaling). Our tests include AP questions from previous years. We have performed about 6-10 labs and 3 total lab write-ups.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read and complete the unit study guides. Set aside time every day to study since there are MANY terms and concepts to memorize. Find a friend to study with and quiz one another. Do not wait until the few days before to cram in one unit's worth of information. Make flashcards!
