Pretty easy, overall.
This course is a fairly easy business course to satisfy your communication requirement for a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I have taken several business courses before this one and it has been mostly a review for what I have already learned from other courses.
The main section that was most beneficial for me was persuasive communication. When I began that section in week 6, I had just accepted my first freelance writing job to rewrite and expand on 2 basic product review website articles, transforming them into comprehensive buyer's guides plus product reviews and this section came right on time as it gave me additional pointers in writing content to attract and maintain a reader's attention in encouraging them to make a purchase from the reviewed products. After completing the contract on time, I received an excellent 5 star rating from my client who said that my writing was effective and attention-grabbing.

This course requires a physical book purchase of BCOM 8th edition and does not include the e-book within the course. I would encourage you to purchase the book new and use the included online code for Cengage to access the e-book and study material. The last half of the course, I decided to try it and I took the quizzes for each chapter as a supplementary study tool and it definitely made a difference in my test score from the previous test score when not using this option.
