    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Previous seniors told me that it would not be a time consuming class, and you would not have to worry about your grade in Anatomy. This is far from the truth.

    Course highlights:

I learned many things about the body systems, organs, and their functions. Some highlights were the dissections and the game amoeba chaos, which is a fun way to learn test information in class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study well before the test and take good notes. Your notes are they key to getting a good grade on the tests. Mr. Barber pull all the test information straight from these notes and gives you hints along the way to help. However, do not think these tests are easy, they take work and study time.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I believe it is important for us to know the basic anatomy of our human bodies and how we are made up, as well as what goes on inside.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning about all my bones and muscles and what they are made up of. I really loved going on the Anatomy field trip to UK and being taught by Dr. Frazier.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is not an "easy" elective. He will make you work hard and you must pay attention and study. If you put in effort and do what you are supposed to, this class will not be too hard.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend anatomy because I learned so much about the body. I learned about all the systems in the body. I even learned all the bones and the different types of bones. I am learning now how the heart works and all the parts that make the heart. In anatomy we write a lot and do group projects. Our anatomy test are true and false, fill in the blank, and multiple choice.

    Course highlights:

I learned all the systems of the body which are Integumentary system, Skeletal System, Muscular System, Nervous system, Cardiovascular system, Digestive System, Respiratory system, and Lymphatic system. I even learned all the layers of the skin. I had the chance to dissect a eyeball, sheep heart, rat body, and brain.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be study every night and go over the txt notes you write down in class.Txt notes are the words you defined and the questions you answered. I would also make note cards so final time you can just study the vocab instead of making notes cards.
