Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Personally, it was all about the professor. She made it fun, and enjoyable to take. She was willing to help with whatever issue a student ran into. Since it was a introduction class there were a lot of kids whom were undecided. She didn't pressure them into anything. However, as an undecided student going in, I came out as a communications major. I thank my professor for that.

    Course highlights:

We learned about the history of radio, t.v, and the internet. How all of those things shape us to who we are today as a community. We learned about public relations and how to deal with a crisis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters, take notes, no matter what or how easy it feels. It helps you retain the information when you do all those things.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I did not like this class at all to begin with due to the fact that it is a speech class and I hate being in front of a crowd of people. I would however recommend this course to anyone because even though it can be terrifying, it does help you to overcome that and become better and more comfortable in front of crowds.

    Course highlights:

I learned several things about making speeches in this course. I learned what to say, what not to say, how to say them, and when to say them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into the course with an open mind. Do not be afraid of making the speeches, the class' purpose is to make you better so do not fret over making mistakes.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class helps anyone who is shy. Your forced to come out your bubble, and speak in front of others. Like any other class, there are test but you have the freedom of selecting topics to speak about. This not only helps with your speaking, reading, but helps you improve on your speaking ability.

    Course highlights:

My teacher was very supportive and helped guide my through any troubles I had. We also reviewed serval days before a test, and sometimes had online class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you don't wait until the last minute to prepare for a speech.
