    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Pope is an amazing professor and the course taught me a lot about how to structure papers and make sure they stay on track with the thesis.

    Course highlights:

I gained the knowledge of the concept of a "They Say" and an "I Say", which are two very important things to think about when writing any sort of papers. You have to remember who you are writing for and make sure to identify them.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you don't wait until the last minute to write the papers. Take advantage of the peer editing sessions and come prepared so you can get the most out of the experience.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class for new coming freshman. Mrs. Garrett is really an amazing teacher. As long as you giving effort she'll be lenient on grading.

    Course highlights:

Over the course of this semester I learned valuable skills to further help me in my writing. During each of the four papers we worked on, I had to change my way of thinking for nearly all of them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In this class you have to be willing to let go of your old thinking of writing.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a required course so you really don't have a choice in taking it.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to structure arguments in research papers more efficiently, which in turn, helped me with other classes like Philosophy and Political Science.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just pay attention in class and complete your work on time with your best effort. If you don't understand something or just need help in general, meet or email your professor and they will answer back in a timely fashion.
