    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

David Edwards is a brilliant professor but be willing to put the work in, his tests are extremely fair but killers. IT's not an easy course and it requires a lot of work. I would recommend it to gain knowledge about psych especially the bio aspect of it but not if you can't make the time for it.

    Course highlights:

I learnt a lot about the brain and different studies that contributed to topics such as operant conditioning, a lot of neuroscience stuff.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes vigorously, take down everything he says and go over notes after every class. GO to his office hours if you need help or have any doubts. Keep revisiting those notes.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Kazama is an amazing lecturer and keeps you engaged the entire class period. The subject matter is fascinating - for the most part - and Kazama really teaches and presents the information in a way that is easy to remember and interesting to learn. Great course and a great professor.

    Course highlights:

The course is heavy on the brain and systems of the body that affect behavior. It was interesting to learn how everything is connected and why people behave the way that they do. Subject matter includes the senses, operant and classical conditioning, motor control, and illusions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The class grade is composed of only 2 exams and a final. Go to class, read the textbook and begin studying for the exams a few days to a weekish out from the exam. If you take good notes and do the reading, the exams will not be that bad, pending how much you study. Just make sure you are paying attention in class and you should be fine.
