Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course for even non-majors. You'll learn the basics of film, history, plots, the Hollywood system, and you get to watch some of the greats and learn what makes them great, and a few recent blockbusters as well.

    Course highlights:

I'd say the best parts of the class were discussion days where we would talk about the films that we watched and debate on how it was a great film, and what we liked/disliked about it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read. Read. Read. It's tempting to never look at the book until a test comes up, but trust me, read the chapter before class.
