Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would...if you are interested in the subject. The subject itself is very dry, even for students of a Chinese background. However, the professor is very knowledged, passionate about the subject, and deeply dissects each piece of literature.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how Confucian thinking changed throughout the ages in Chinese history, how it related to historical context, and its influence throughout East Asia.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do get feedback on your papers. This was a lifesaver for me. Professor Sibau is quite a tough grader but gives great feedback, which dramatically improved my paper grades. Also, consistently do well for the pop quizzes. They are easy and don't let those drag down your grades.
