Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course. Yes, it is required for most freshman, but I would definitely take it from Professor Kolwinska. He makes it interesting and fun. He has an enthusiasm for teaching that makes even an early morning class exciting to go to. The material can be difficult, but Mr. Kolwinska is always available to help and loves to be there for his students more than anything!

    Course highlights:

The process of paper-writing is the biggest focus of this course. Even for skilled writers, this is extremely helpful in honing your skills into a refined process that any reader will be impressed with.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Work ahead if you can. Just giving yourself an extra week of room to work can make the difference in passing or failing this class. It may not be extremely difficult, but there's a lot of content/writing to get through, and this can catch you off guard. Be aware of what's coming and work ahead as much as possible.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

English can be a difficult subject for some, but Miss Gearhart is very helpful and understandable and she gives very good advice.

    Course highlights:

Miss Gearhart definitely challenges you in this class, but that is what makes it great. Her instructive comments were a big highlight because she explains to you why it is wrong instead of just saying "It is wrong."

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Miss Gearhart has a tough grading scale, but do not let that get to you. Make sure to read over your work several times and check everything with the book.
