    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if your go at doing papers, you can fail all of the homework and tests as long as you pass the paper with a A you get a A out of the class.

    Course highlights:

I learn the basic things of biology that are going to be in future classes as a STEM major.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the syllabic it is the key to your success and it is impossible to write a 20-page paper in one night so start working on it as so as possible and pace yourself. The professor may seem tough and mean at first but they're a sweetheart that just wants to your best so if you ever have a question just ask they want you too.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Get your goggles before the first lab. Read you lab a head of time. If there are multiple experiments in the lab, each group memebers should do an experiment individually to save time. Never copy your partners' lab report word by word. Be prepared to write a four page paper. You must attend lab since it counts as 20% of your overall grade for BIOL 1107.

    Course highlights:

I refined my skill of teamwork. Often times, your partnerself and you would have to come together to write the results and answers questions for lab. Also, it emphasizes independence since the professor is not supposed to help you with the lab.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you work with people who actually know what they are doing, so, they do not rely on you for everything. Spilt up labs with more than 2 experiments because you do have only a limited amount of time to finish everything. Compare your results to other groups to make sure the result is not a faulty one. Read your lab report and procedures before you attend class to save time.
