Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned from taking this course that statistics is very important for everyday life. If you do not know the basics of statistics you could be fooled in the real world. For example, we see graphs on the news all the time. In statistics, you learn about misleading graphs and learn the tricks people use to fool their consumers.

    Course highlights:

This course is not easy and there are many formulas to learn but besides that I learned to become a better consumer. I learned the difference between percentile and percentage. I learned how to analyze statistical data like I never did before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard and learn your formulas. Have fun with the discussions, they make you think critically. Ask questions! The professor was very helpful and always responded to each student and did not make you feel stupid for asking a question.
