    Pretty easy, overall.

It is one of the most informative but easiest classes at GMC.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because Professor Boyer shows that she is excited to teach students about history and she can easily engage students to get excited with her. Before I took Professor Boyer's history course, I never liked the course and I didn't want anything to do with it. However, this view point has changed. I got really engaged with her course and I studied day and night for her tests. She may be strict but it is to show us that we are adults now and that it is up to us to work for our goals without having someone to "babysit" us and give it to us. She wants us to see the reality of the Real World and I am grateful to her that she has taught all of us that.

    Course highlights:

As I said I use to hate history but because of Professor Boyer I am now looking forward to every history course I register to. She may be strict but it is to show us that we are adults now and that it is up to us to work for our goals without having someone to "babysit" us and give it to us. She wants us to see the reality of the Real World and I am grateful to her that she has taught all of us that.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to pass this class, you have to do well in the quizzes/tests. The best way to do that is to use flash cards. I know it may seem like it is a pain to write down information on a card and believe you will not use them again but if you push yourself to re-read the cards everyday after each lesson, you'll be looking at an A on your quizzes/tests every time.
