Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class only if you are pursuing a major in business administration. It really will have you thinking how to think like an economist. It will help you in your career field because, it deals with exports, imports, how to determine tax revenue, dead weight loss, and so on. This class is a very good class for beginners to economics.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me was obviously knowing key terms that economists use. Such as knowing how to use the GDP. Knowing how to determine between demand and supply. Knowing what goods are supposed to be produced on the Production Possibility Frontier. Knowing how to calculate the taxes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering this course you need to study hard, listen to everything your instructor explains. If he does not explain it well just go back to the lecture slides and try to review it or instruct yourself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I took it as a core class. I do recommend this course because Professor Hunt relates the material to real life situations and makes the subject easy to grasp.

    Course highlights:

I learned how the demand for a product affects the supply and how it relates to everyday life.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, study hard, and do not wait until the last minute to do an assignment.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I felt that I learned a lot during this course in the short time we had, but sometimes it was hard for the teacher to control the class. We had one student who was very opinionated and would take precious time from the rest of us.

    Course highlights:

Lots of graphs and other pictures that made understanding the macroeconomic processes easier!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and try hard on the study guides, thats where he gets a lot of his test information from.
