    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course to take, but the teacher does not explain things well.

    Course highlights:

The best part was learning how to apply it to the real world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to study is to work on problems. Even though it makes a lot more work, it will help your test grades.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I feel like I understand the material, but I struggle on the tests. The tests count for so much in the class! One bad test grade can ruin a good grade!

    Course highlights:

This time period was mainly a review over material learned in FST the year prior. It usually extended the depth on knowledge of the material learned in FST. Sometimes I felt like I got the material, others times, I only got more confused.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take FST because that's really all the fall term was teaching.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course introduces a heavier weighted test category, which forces you to study more to get a good grade. Provides review and new material, and better-prepares you for college tests.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me was having to actually learn the material to apply it to many different types of questions. I like the challenge of working through problems.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is pretty much a "no-brainer" for students who are on a path of taking calculus and subsequent courses.
