    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it allows me to gain a wider perception of how our government works and operates.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course include sensitive debates on issues such as immigration and LGBT, daily reports on current events that connect to the course, and so much more presentations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest to not procrastinate to finish your assignments because Mr. Tran gives a lot of assignments. Also, do not wait until the day before to study for exam.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class is not hard, the concepts are easy but there is a lot of memorization involved. Tran is a very snarky teacher and whether you warm up to him or not is up to you. He also gives you a lot of busy work, but other than that, it's an easy B.

    Course highlights:

I did like the class material with all that being said. I have a lot more knowledge and respect for politics and anyone who is able to make a difference within the maze of unending hoops to jump through should be commended.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

MAKE SURE YOU FINISH YOUR HOMEWORK ON TIME. TRAN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXCUSE, HE WILL GIVE YOU A 0.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because its a great way to learn how the United States government works. It is sad to see how many people know very few things about politics and are mainly influenced by bias news. This course is an eye opener that helps appreciate the type of government we live under.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the discussions, most of the class time is spent analyzing the way the government was created and how it affects everyone. In this class I learned the process of creating laws and the roles of the three branches of government.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to pass this class is by reading the book and participating in class discussions. Doing work outside class is a must in this class because the writing and test are difficult.
