Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course and the teacher really helps you understand the material.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part about the course was the section on related rates.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask question in class. It's better to clarify things in class than go home and try to read the book, it'll end up confusing you more.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you can get college credit while taking a class in high school. To add you get to have Mr.Urquiza as a teacher. He is a really cool and fun teacher.

    Course highlights:

My highlights of this course was learning about college level math and taking the AP exam which I have the chance to college credit.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is make sure you do your homework and you really need to study. It is not like other classes in high school.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to the individual with exceptional work ethic, as this course will push you to strive for a decent grade, harder than any class in a prior year. Those entering the engineering, science, or architectural field should take this course, as they might use the content in their career in the near future.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course, in all honesty, was the teacher. Although the class average might not reflect it, Mr. Urquiza is an exceptional teacher that not only knows how to perform calculus, but knows why each topic is used and how all the content is intertwined with each other. I learned to push myself to the limit, as I knew the course was rigorous upon entering the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

All students entering the class need to possess a low ego and a superb work ethic. Students might average an A in their mathematics course, but once calculus is introduced, its a whole new world of difficult. This course requires every strategy of studying and educational guessing to obtain a decent grade.
