    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking this course. It provides insight into other cultures around the world. Such as how certain cultures view time and family. To some, time is nonexistent. One great example of this is the Hopi tribe; when they speak, they only talk in present tense. They never talk in past or future tense. The only way to understand if something happened yesterday or is going to happy today or tomorrow is to pay close attention to context clues. If you'd like to learn more about topics such as this, take this course!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were seeing how similar and different my culture is compared to other cultures around the world. Also, it helped me see how much I tend to judge other cultures for their ways of life just because they don't live like me. It was truly an eye opening class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to pay attention in class. This particular professor didn't post his notes online so if you missed a day of class, you'd have to work hard to catch up. I would recommend getting to know your classmates so that in the event that you miss a day, you can borrow their notes.
