    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is a temperamental fellow that does not teach. You simply do problems on the board and then take ridiculously hard tests. He does not like how the book teaches it, but you must somehow come up with his way on the test when he does not teach. You learn from teaching yourself a great deal that will be helpful on the CPA exam though. There is a curve at the end and some extra credit.

    Course highlights:

I gained some knowledge from teaching myself from the book. You go in depth on a third of your intermediate book and even go back over some things you glanced over before. The questions at the end of the chapter are very helpful in understanding the content. The professor is funny and you do not need a scantron. You can miss class and definitely be okay. There is a curve at the end and some extra credit.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to study as much as humanly possible for the tests. Definitely know how to do the problems at the back of the book and go over the questions at the end. You should know the content very well and not just memorize random things. There is a curve at the end.
