Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because his teaching is very thorough and he does not forget much. He is also willing to help any student out, even if the student in need is not his own. He is very helpful and makes sure the student does not feel in any way like they are not smart enough to learn pre-calculus.

    Course highlights:

His teaching is very easy to follow and he gives as much help as he can with the responsive student. I learned limits as if I had known it all this time. He teaches the way of applying formulas with numbers very well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need help, you should ask for it because no one can read your mind. Only you can decide what you will get in the class, so go to him for help because he will try to help you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr.Plotts is a great and amazing teacher. He works with the calculus teacher to prepare you for the next level of math. This class prepares you for calculus very well.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this course and really amazing in helping you for calculus. Not only calculus but it also helps you understand statistic a little as well. Mr. Plotts was also an good teacher that he really try to help you understand anything that you don't understand.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and take really good notes. Ask questions and don't be afraid to ask for help or ask a question. Don't study the day before a test or quiz. A few days before the test or quiz, study a little per day.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was not fully engaged and often ignored students, or did not explain thing well. Notes were rushed and there was lots of home work. She taught at a very fast pace and lessons were rushed threw leaving me as well as my classmates confused about what were learning and that lead us not to complete the course fully.

    Course highlights:

I learned no matter how much you try somethings take longer to learn then others. I did not learn much about math that I would remember. I learned to stay organized, to ask questions more during class not after or I would forget. I learned review my work not only once or twice but four times to make sure a mistake did not ruin the whole equation. I learned that math is not for everybody but sometimes you have to make mistakes to be better at what you do and what is being done.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay organized and stay focused. This course is not for people who want to simply slide by and just pass. You have to want succeed and get and A to want to pass this class. The material is harder but you have to work harder.
