Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Gender Global Studies réally opened my eyes to the world. It showed me how much women still have to break down so many barriers.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was, reading the book Half the Skies and also making our presentation about things we would make or do to help women in different countries and having that project being anything.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open minded to the course. You dont have to be a boy nor girl to be in this class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class really opened my eyes up to the discrimination women face regularly all around the world. The activities were engaging and the content was really interesting!

    Course highlights:

I learned about the trafficking of women and how there is so little light shed onto the subject. This is a huge issue and it is hidden from the public most of the time. This course made me recognize trafficking victims in my everyday life and inspired me to help them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a good idea to listen during the presentations since there are quizzes every 1-2 weeks. Also the discussions you have with your peers can become very interesting so don't be afraid t participate.
