    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr.Millam is an excellent teacher who inspires his students to complete every assignment to the best of his or her ability. The class is exciting and different every day. Mr.Millam successfully found a way to use gizmos, class projects, and calculation worksheets to keep the class from becoming repetitive.

    Course highlights:

The most exciting part of this course is the quarterly class projects. Students are able to chose their group to work with and schedule time outside of class to create these magnificent projects. My group spend about then hours creating a tennis ball launcher that can be adjusted to launch any distance up to twenty-five feet. We learned time management, team work, and industrial skills such as using power tools.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Students need to review their notes daily to keep the content of this course fresh in their mind. Mr.Millam is very accommodating and will help students outside of class with any questions they might have. Take advantage of the hours he provides outside of class for extra help, he wants all of his students to succeed. The tests are very difficult so study for about five days to prepare for any question he might ask.
