    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this is one of the hardest classes to take, it is worth it. Not only did I learn the most math I ever have, but I learned new study ways too. The teacher pushes you and will help you if you need it. She gives you studying tips and ways to learn that you have never experienced before.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course and one of the most beneficial things I got out of it was the studying ways. Math has never been my strong point, and due to this class I learned ways to study to remember. It helped me get the grades I wanted on tests and helped bring my SAT score up from the first time I took it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to come to class everyday prepared. If you are not prepared, you will be called out. This does not only mean supply wise. You need to have your studying in, even if there is no test. You will get called on a lot. You need to understand what you learned in the prior class because if you don't and do not get help, you will continue to be confused. The class moves fast.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was one of the most difficult courses I have ever taken. However, it truly taught me to work hard and push myself.

    Course highlights:

I learned not only many math skills, but I learned how to study and truly prepare myself for a real college course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always work hard and be prepared. Mrs. Hoeing is not one to put up with slackers! Do not disappoint her.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher is wonderful and makes it so easy to understand everything.

    Course highlights:

The teacher made learning fun and interesting. The thing I am most proud of is memorizing the unit circle. It is normally hard for me to memorize things in math because I don't really like math, but he made it easy.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Memorize the laws/theorems and the unit circle. If you do that then you will be able to figure out every problem in pre-cal that is presented to you.
