Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms.Stevens is a well organized and very engaged teacher who really cares not only about her curriculum, but about her students as well. It was a privilege to learn from her and I hope that I will have her next year as my teacher also.

    Course highlights:

We learned how to properly structure an essay for the SAT. We also learned how to write and format our college essays which was really a cool and fun learning experience. One of the many highlights of this course was our short story unit, I was introduced to my now favorite author, William Faulkner.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, your notes are your best friends. If you take good notes and if you study them well, you will definitely succeed in the course. Also, do not be afraid to raise your hand. Asking questions is a key part of learning.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this because of the patients he had with his students. This teacher was very focused on making sure you learned the material.

    Course highlights:

My highlights in this class would be how to articulate and pronounce some of the most complex words I have ever seen in my life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The best study tip I would have is to isolate yourself from everything and just listen to the pronunciation and the definition over and over again

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a great teacher and encourages us to read different types of books so we can be successful on our AP test

    Course highlights:

I've learned different types of littary divices and a wide range of vocabulary

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be prepared to work. Don't just think it's a blow off class, you really need to work. If you're not able to apply yourself if anything then this isn't the class for you.
