    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course prepared me so much for the real world; I now feel like I can confidently give a speech to any audience. The skills i learned in COMM1100 will help me in job interviews, board meetings, leadership positions, and everyday relationships,

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to give an extemporaneous speech, communicative more effectively in my interpersonal relationships, and learn the type of communicator I am.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Procrastination will kill you. No matter how tempting it is to put the class off, you will thank yourself if you GET AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! That's your key to success.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This class gave me public speaking skills I used to win FBLA region, therefore I would recommend this class.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to give an extemporaneous speech and also many speeches with little notes.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    GO TO CLASS!!!!! He has an attendance policy, and it will affect your grade.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I took this required high school course as a dual enrollment course and gained dual credit for it. It was organized, and though it required extensive studying, it wasn't unmanageable.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were gaining an in depth knowledge of how diverse communication is as well as learning that not one method or model can be used for every mode and means of communication.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would definitely recommend this course. Make sure you time manage and utilize study tools.
