    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Biology is a course needed to graduate high school and it is also required in college. It is a very fun course to take, in my opinion. In this course focused on how people and their environment interact. Before I took this class, I knew the basics of biology, such as cells and some of the elements on the periodic table, but I wanted to know more, I wanted to go in detail. I learned so much during the year I took biology, such as asexual and sexual reproduction and the different kinds of cells and their functions.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of taking this course were learning about the human body and its build and also learning the different types of cells, parasites, and viruses. My favorite part of the course was learning about how the human body function, the organs and bones.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice that I would give a student that is thinking about taking this course would be pay attention to the details. Every little detail is important and everything overlaps each other. Its all linked together. The best thing you can do to ace biology is to take great notes, study, and pay attention. It is a particularly easy course as long as you do those things.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it tells you all you need to know about biology. Like the difference between plant and animal cell and how they work. Also teaches you about the different biomes we live in. Finally it also teaches you about our ecosystem and the different things that make up our ecosystem like the population, communities, and etc.

    Course highlights:

What I learned from this course is how life works with plants and animals. For example the food chain and how that works like a rabbit eats the grasshopper and the grasshopper eats the grass and the grass gets its energy from the sun.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to pass this course is to have a study group with peers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The biology course Mr.Beavers taught is very important, not just for a grade but for you to have a deeper understanding about life. This course focus on the beginning of life, your environment and the things you can not see.

    Course highlights:

The best thing about this course was learning about the chromosomes and DNA strands. Although it is not a deep lesson, you'll learn about certain disorders. For example, an extra thirteenth chromosome causes Down Syndrome!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would consider that you enjoy this class! Learn all that you can, because it's not a waste of time. Don't take your education for granted. Tip, if you really enjoy this class, take the AP Biology and pass the test to save money in college.
